RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MEDGO® LLC. AND OR MEDGO.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of MEDGO® RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive NO refund. Unopened items returned within 30 days will have a %15 restocking fee.
SHIPPING
All items shipped UPS. If you choose a Free shipping method your product can take up to (7 to 10 days) from the shipping date. International orders can take up to (30 days). No Exceptions. Any order returned due to Non Pick Up from the consumer will lose there shipping charge and will only be refund the amount of the product cost.
Any order request to be reshipped will cost an additional charge.
