First of all, just a quick note about my misconception. To begin, I been doing kegels for years and came across these kegel cones about a year ago. At first, I couldn't but wounder how these would add to my exercise program. Before long, reading about gravity and the resistance that was needed to really strengthen the pelvic muscle, I became a believer. The kegel cones sit in the right position and helps with the exercise. Great product. Thanks

So easy to use,
I'm 46 years old and have had three children. I was peeing my pants every time I'd get excited. After using the kegel cones for about two weeks, One Morning, after exercising, I could really tell a big difference. Great help for me, and find them very easy to use. Thanks

Hi there,
Wanted to share my experience using these kegel cones over the past two years. If just getting started, i would recommend doing them in bed. There much easier to control if you have very little muscle strength. I started with just the cone and gradually, worked my way up to each weight. Before long, you'll be spending a few days a week if you want to see results. All of a sudden, i was using them about 15 minutes a day. They are comfortable to use and easy to clean.
