Remember the efforts you put forth today will be rewarded later.
The instructions are simple and easy to follow.
It is a basic four step program that makes use of gravity to strengthen your muscles with vagina cones.
The VagaCare™ brand is easier to use than other products on the market. They are specially designed to fit in exactly the right part of your vagina. Other products are too large and long, making it difficult to place them correctly. The cone that holds the weight is composed of hypoallergenic material. It is easier to insert than a tampon.
The interchangeable weights allow you to strengthen the muscles as time goes by. When it becomes easy to hold one weight in place, you step up to a heavier weight.
The exercise can be done while you are jogging or working around the house. So, it doesn't have to take time away from your busy schedule. If your muscles are very weak, you perform the exercise lying down. In a short period of time, you should be able to hold the weight in place while standing up. Most women notice a difference within a few weeks. Any woman can benefit from their use. It should be a part of every woman’s regular exercise program. Strengthening your sphincter and pelvic muscles can make childbirth easier and improve your sex life.
Remove the complete set of weights and the pelvic cones (open cone and clean inside) from your personal carrying case and thoroughly wash with an antibacterial soap (no perfumes) in warm water. (do not use hot water) Thoroughly rinse to remove all soap residues. Now dry your complete set with a clean soft cloth. Be sure to do this prior to each use and clean your carrying case each time. Before starting STEP 2 use the restroom and thoroughly wash your hands.
Close the cone with no weights inside. Hold the cone where the string is located and gently push the cone into your vagina with only the string remaining outside. It may be easier to insert the cone if you prop one of your legs up. After the cone is placed into your vagina you should be able to touch the bottom of the cone with your finger. The cone should be positioned lower than a tampon after inserting. (see images above) Now keep your finger on the bottom of the cone and do a few pelvic exercises. If you are using the correct muscles the cone should move away from your finger and if the cone pushes onto your finger you are contracting the wrong muscles. It may take you a few days or week before locating the correct muscles, but practicing this will make the exercises more effective. Do not push the cone to far into the vagina; this will make your exercises less effective. This is the first part of your exercise program so take your time in locating the correct muscles.
Insert the cone without adding any weight. Stand up and use your pelvic muscles and try to hold the cone in your vagina. If you can retain the cone without difficulties remove the cone and insert the center weight into the cone and close the cone. If you can't retain the cone without any weights, lay down with your knees up and pull on the string while doing your pelvic exercises trying to hold the cone from being removed. Try tightening your muscles ten to fifteen times, then standing back up and seeing if you can now retain the cone in place. Do this for one week before adding any weight. If it takes too much effort to retain the cone without any weight this is your starting point for using the VagaCare™ vaginal weight set.
Now you've located the correct muscles and determine your weight starting point. Let's get started doing our exercises. While having the cone inserted into the vagina with or with out a weight, start doing your exercises trying to lift the cone and allowing it to slip down. Once you have pulled the cone up by your tightening of the pelvic muscles hold for five to ten seconds and relax five to ten seconds. Allow the cone to reposition itself before tightening the muscles again. Do this for fifteen to twenty minutes twice a day four times a week. If at anytime you feel the cone moving upward very easily while holding it still it might be time to add an additional weight. As you control the motion of the cone being pulled up this will help determine when you should add weight. Now move around while doing your exercises so you can learn to have more control. When you feel comfortable with the progress of your exercises add additional weight to make it more difficult to hold the weight up. The more you exercise the faster the results. Everybody's body is different so don't get discouraged if it takes you longer to see results. The best way to receive the fastest results is to exercise everyday for six to twelve weeks twice a day. If you have any discomfort form exercising you might be pushing yourself to hard. Slow down and do your exercises not as often. Once you have started the VagaCare™ exercise program and see the results you were looking for, it would be a good idea to continue exercising at least once or twice a week. Remember it is not necessary to use all of the weights to receive results. Find your personal comfort.
Be sure to examine the cone, string and weights each time before using. If there is any question to the feel or look of the set, don't use them and call our toll free number. (888-918-9489) We offer a lif time warranty for defects and workmanship under normal use. Your muscles tire towards the end of the day, so you might need to lower your weight if exercising in the evening.

- don't use if sensitive to the product

Question: How do I care for the unit?
Before your first use, be sure to clean the vaginal cones and kegel weights thoroughly, and then do so again after each use. Treat them gently, avoiding any contact with harsh or abrasive cleansers. Your product can be washed with warm water and perfume-free anti-bacterial soap for best results. Dry with a soft, clean, lint-free cloth. All vaginal cones and vaginal weights should be stored in their specially designed carrying case to ensure they are protected from dirt and damage.
Question: How is the cone inserted?
Using VagaCare cones is similar to using tampons. The string stays outside the body for easy removal, while the cone is placed inside the vagina.
Question: How do I choose the correct weight for my body?
The kegel weights included in the VagaCare set can be used in a variety of combinations to address individual needs. Many begin by using no vaginal weights at all, and then add them in small increments as muscle tone increases. Some use all of the vaginal weights right away. The important thing to remember is that your program should be customized to your unique situation. The manual provided with the product provides helpful guidance in planning your program.
Question: How will I know when the vaginal cone is in the right place?
VagaCare cones have a special contour design to stay correctly placed once inserted inside the vagina. Only the string should remain visible. The pelvic muscles are exercised by keeping the cone from slipping out, so proper positioning might still give the sense that the cone is not properly situated. This is perfectly normal.
Question: Can I exercise in any position, e.g. sitting, standing, and lying down?
While you can certainly exercise sitting or lying down when necessary, the maximum benefit is received by using your vaginal cones and kegel weights standing upright. Gravity works with you to strengthen the muscles, as you hold the cone in place, because its tendency is to slide down.
Question: What is the best time of day to do the exercises?
While you can use the VagaCare system any time of day, we recommend choosing a dedicated period to do the exercises, so that your muscle tone builds gradually. Using the product during daily activities may cause overexertion.
Question: Is it normal to have pain during exercise?
While it is not uncommon to have some muscle aches when you first start the program, similar to any exercise regimen, any extreme discomfort is a signal that you must stop exercising immediately and see your physician before resuming. You have likely started this regimen, because you are experiencing weak muscle tone in the vaginal area. Expect a 4 – 6 week time frame for the pelvic muscles to strengthen.
Question: I just had a baby. When can I start using the VagaCare system?
Discuss this exercise regimen with your physician before you begin use. Once your doctor determines that you are fully healed, you can begin rebuilding your pelvic muscles using the program.
Question: Will I be able to use this program if I have vaginal dryness?
VagaCare can absolutely be beneficial for women with vaginal dryness – simply wet the cone before use, or add a water-based lubricant.
Question: How long will I have to use the program before I see results?
Each individual is unique, and everyone has specific results they are seeking. Once you have reached your goal muscle tone, you can reduce the frequency of use. However, in order to maintain the benefits, we recommend an ongoing routine once or twice a week. Should you find that your pelvic muscles are weakening and/or you are unable to hold the heaviest weight in place, you may wish to consider resuming the more structured program.
